Refund Policy

By placing an order through AutoIntact, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. We have implemented these policies to ensure that you are fully informed of our return and refund methods and procedures.

This Return Policy is valid for Metropolitan France.

1. 14 Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition, as you received it, with tags and in the original packaging.

  • Return at the customer's expense: In the event of a change of mind, the return costs are your responsibility.
  • Seller's Return Policy: If the item is defective or incorrect, AutoIntact will cover the return shipping costs.

2. Return process

To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@AutoIntact.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions for shipping your package.

Each return request must be accompanied by a return form.

Here is the return download link. Please fill out this form and send your item with this form to the return address we will provide you by email. Return address: 76 rue Gabriel Péri, 92700 Colombes, Hauts-de-Seine, France. (Address for returns only, no customer service on site).

3. Damaged or incorrect products

We are really sorry if you are experiencing this problem!

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide you with a solution.

Email us at hello@AutoIntact.com with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The description of the problem (defect or error).
  • A photo or video of the product.

In the event of a defective or incorrect product, the return shipping costs will be covered by AutoIntact and we will replace the item at no additional cost. Standard delivery times will apply (1-3 business days for dispatch and 5-15 days for delivery).

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@AutoIntact.com. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we make an error.

Upon receipt of your package, an inspection will be carried out to verify that the product is intact. If the product is in perfect condition, we will ship the exchanged item within one week of validation.

Only products that are in new, unused or damaged condition can be exchanged. In case of exchange, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Change of mind

If you change your mind, please contact us at hello@AutoIntact.com before returning the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. An inspection will be performed before any refund is issued.

Products must be returned in their original condition (unused and undamaged). If the inspection is validated, we will proceed with the refund according to our Refund Policy.

6. Restocking Fees

No restocking fee will be charged for returns.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be issued by default in the form of a credit or via the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving your return. Processing may take up to two weeks depending on your banking institution.

  • Missing Refunds:
    • Check your bank account.
    • Contact your bank, as processing time is typically 3-5 business days.
