Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 weeks, reflecting the meticulous process of 3D modeling, premium printing, and secure delivery. Each custom cover is individually designed using advanced 3D technology to ensure a perfect fit, followed by high-quality printing, and finally dispatched with reliable shipping services to your door.
Return Policy:
14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the item is in original condition with tags and packaging.
Customer-Paid Returns: For change of mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Seller-Paid Returns: If the item is defective or incorrect, AutoShieldX covers return shipping and offers a replacement at no extra cost.
Process: Contact bonjour@autoshieldx.com to initiate a return, including a completed return form (downloadable via link) and ship to 76 rue Gabriel Péri, 92700 Colombes, Hauts-de-Seine, France.
Exchanges: Available for unused items; customer covers shipping unless an error occurred on our part.
Refunds: Issued within 14 days of receipt as store credit or original payment, pending a 2-week processing period. Use a trackable service for items over €50.
